外国人留学生の介護の仕事

留学生等で就労ビザを持っていない人への注意事項
現在技能実習生として働いている方も参考になります。

ここで勉強して受け取る日本の介護の資格は、もともと日本で仕事が出来る人（就労ビザを持っている人やアルバイトができる人）が、介護の仕事をする場合に必要な資格です。日本に居れば誰でも勉強して資格を取ることができます。資格の名前は介護職員初任者研修（かいごしょくいんしょにんしゃけんしゅう）と言います。

例えば外国人の留学生も土曜とか日曜だけ通って勉強できます。留学生は１週間に２８時間までアルバイトができるので、その際に、この介護の資格を持っていると介護の仕事ができる、もしくは有利になるということです。でも、介護の資格を取ったからといって就労ビザをもらえるわけではありません。

お仕事については、就労ビザを持っている人やアルバイトが可能なビザを持っている人なら、スクールから紹介やアドバイスもできます。

介護の勉強は１週間に１日ずつ通うコースで６ヶ月かかります。また、平日にたくさん通学出来る人には２ヶ月で終わるコースもあります。期間が１年より短いので学生ビザはもらえません。

After you go home and if you want to come again to Japan to work as a caregiver, apply for the caregiver trainee in new Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in your home country. This new program may start early next year.
In that case, studying Japanese caregiver beforehand and getting Japanese license for evidence of your skill & knowledge will be very much advantageous to your application, because even among the Japanese caregivers, there are many who do not have the caregiver license yet.
So if you have a chance to study caregiver during your stay in Japan with your current student visa, we would recommend you to challenge this Japanese caregiver license by studying once a week in weekends.

将来、介護のが技能実習生として働きたい場合


もし帰国後にもう一度日本に来て、介護のお仕事をしたい場合は、本国で新しい介護の外国人技能実習制度に応募しましょう。この新しい制度は来年早々にスタートする見込みです。
その場合は、前もって日本の介護を勉強し、介護の資格（介護職員初任者研修）を取ってあなたのスキルを証明できれば非常に有利になろうかと思います。なぜならば、日本人の介護職でも資格をまだ取っていない人が多いからです。
そのため、今の学生ビザで日本に滞在している間にチャンスがあれば、週末の週一回勉強して、介護の資格を取ることをお勧めします。

この介護の技能実習生プログラムはまだスタートしていません。そのため、一旦母国に帰国後、政府が技能実習生募集をアナウンスするのを待ちましょう。おそらく来年の２月か３月になると思います。応募には日本語検定のＮ４が必要になります。日本語検定についてはこちらをご覧ください。ー＞　https://www.jlpt.jp/e/application/overseas_list.html

This new trainee program has not started yet. So after you go back to your home country, you can wait until your government announces about recruiting for trainee, maybe around February or March next year.
